University Student Council

The University of the Philippines Open University – University Student Council (UPOU USC) is an independent institution and the highest democratically elected student representatives of UP Open University. The UPOU USC General Assembly is composed of: the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, twelve (12) University Councilors, House of Graduate and Undergraduate Representatives.
