Tagpuan sa OU
Tagpuan sa OU is the official Student Hub of the University of the Philippines Open University. It is a virtual hub mandated by the UPOU Constitution where students can meet and engage with their peers through shared interests and activities, including but not limited to instant messaging, discussion forums, events, meetups, games, elections, student organizations, and student publications.

Committee on Elections
The UPOU Committee on Elections (CoE) is an independent institution that has full authority to conduct and arbitrate elections as necessary. The CoE is composed of: the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and three (3) members, appointed by the Office of Student Affairs and the Office of the Student Regent.
University Student Council
The University of the Philippines Open University – University Student Council (UPOU USC) is an independent institution and representative democracy that exists to serve the needs of its constituents. The UPOU USC General Assembly is composed of: the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, twelve (12) University Councilors, House of Graduate and Undergraduate Representatives.
The Cursor
The Cursor is the official student publication of the UPOU that serves primarily as the publication for and by students. The Cursor’s Provisional Editorial Board is the highest governing body of the publication, and is composed of an appointed: Editor-in-Chief, Associate, Section, and Layout Editors, Finance, Content, Circulating, Creative, Technical, and External Affairs Directors.
Student Organizations
Student organizations have been formed in various Colleges and Universities to allow students to group themselves to pursue a common interest or goal. These organizations allow students to grow socially and academically through the different projects and activities it undertakes. Student organizations help students develop leadership and communication skills that would help them become well-rounded persons.
Student organizations and activities are under the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA).
