If you are a Filipino public high school graduate in the Top Ten of your graduating class, you may apply for the Iskolar ng Bayan Law of 2014 (INB) program. You must obtain a UPG better than or equal to the designated minimum for an applicant to qualify for the UP campus you indicate in your INB application which must be in the same region as your high school (except for UP Open University). You must also comply with all the requirements of the degree program you have indicated in your INB application. INB applications for those who will take the UPCAT 2026 will be processed using automated means via the DIWA portal that will be opened once the appeal period for UPCAT 2026 commences.

For those who were allowed to file an UPCAT paper based application for UPCAT 2026 and for those who previously passed UPCAT 2025 but deferred your enrollment and will file INB application for AY 2026-2027, you must obtain a copy of your UPG from the Office of Admissions and comply with all the requirements of the degree program you have indicated in the paper based INB application that you must file with the Office of Student Affairs of the proper UP campus that must be in the same region as your high school (except for UP Open University).
