To accommodate undergraduate students  (AA, BAMS, BES) who were not able to submit their forms in the previous rounds,  the SLAS Online will accept applications beginning 28 November 2020. Details of the 5th round of applications can be accessed through this link: https://slasonline.up.edu.ph/

Students applying for assistance through the SLAS Online must use their respective UP Email (@up.edu.ph email). For those enrolled UPOU students who have not yet received their official UP email accounts, please contact ICTDO by emailing them at [email protected]
