Mr. Bryant Christopher Gonzales, a student volunteer of UP Open University taking up Master of Public Management has been selected as the first UPOU Student Representative of the UPOU Committee on Scholarship and Financial Assistance  (CSFA). His appointment will start this First Semester AY 2020-2021.

As a member of the UPOU CSFA, Mr. Gonzales will assist in the proper management of scholarships and financial assistance programs such as scholarship funds, contracts, criteria for scholarship awards, policies and guidelines and recommend improvements.
