Students who are enrolled in a course/courses requiring sit-down proctored EXAMINATIONS MUST APPLY FOR A VENUE for their midterm/midsem examination/s at the OSA System on or before the deadline indicated below:
20 September 2019 – First Trimester AY 2019-2020
4 October 2019 – First Semester AY 2019-2020
You should use your Student Portal login credentials to access the OSA System.
The examination services staff shall email you of the status of your exam venue application including; the name of the assigned proctor and the time and venue of your exam at least a week before the scheduled examination.
Please be informed that the “No application, no examination arrangement policy” will be strictly implemented.
